Vertical Marketing, Inc. (VMI) is a privately owned company founded in 1985 and incorporated in January 1987. The vendor focuses exclusively on customer relationship management (CRM) system implementation and support. VMI is a certified Microsoft Business Partner and certified Sales Process Consultants, and holds certifications in a wide range of CRM products.
