RetailStore includes a system configurator that allows functions to be configured to meet store requirements. Where modification is required, the system includes .NET extension in all modules to allow changes to be made without changing the code base. Features of RetailStore include a comprehensive transaction set; central lookup features (such as “save-the-sale,” in-store CRM, and return or exchange validation); real-time integration to other stores and home offices using XML Web services, .NET, and Java-based messaging; integration to CRS RetailStore Office applications; international system configuration; multiple language support; and currency and taxing. RetailStore is ART POSLog-certified.
