It offers two main enterprise resource planning (ERP) software products, JDH Operational Management System (OpS) and JDH Tally. These products are currently installed in over forty North American facilities.The JDH OpS software package is an integrated ERP system for
manufacturers and distributors that has been certified by the Microsoft test lab as being fully compliant with Windows and other Microsoft standards. JDH OpS was initially developed in 1986 to address the needs of incorporating operational and financial information into one integrated system.
The OpS-SQL software version
is an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system designed for companies
in the manufacturing and distribution environment. OpS solutions are
Windows-based, real time ERP systems that provide information to every department and
function within the enterprise a security level assigned by the user.
OpS includes quotations, estimating, order entry,
billing, accounts receivable (AR), purchasing, receiving, accounts payable (AP),
materials management, planning, radio frequency (RF), customer relationship management (CRM),
job costing, work orders, shop floor, and accounting. It also supports multiple
currencies, multiple companies, a variety of operating systems, integration with
Outlook and Winfax, Internet connectivity, and industry standard report writers
such as Crystal.
