Jeeves offers two ERP solutions: Jeeves Selected for smaller companies and Jeeves Universal for the midsized segment. As both solutions are based on the same platform, an opportunity for seamless growth is provided. Both solutions are ERP systems in a Windows environment (Jeeves is a Microsoft Certified Partner), that are open for Web applications and e-commerce. The softwares contain a range of routines, from accounting, logistics, service, time, and projects, to customer relationship management (CRM) and supply chain management (SCM). Jeeves'  customizable user interface contains a macro language that is used for customer adaptations so that adaptations are preserved upon updates to later versions.
