MYstaff started in the mid 1990s as a platform for Exxon mining operations in Australia and delivered a series of systems that reaped industrial relation changes in the Australian mining industries. It received its first round funding in 2001 and has progressed through several versions to the current full web-based HRM solution.
MYstaff is an on-demand human resources management (HRM) solution
whose suite of HRM modules covers ten business systems, from recruitment through to termination. It is
a flexible system and can be split into an unlimited
number of kiosks, all delivered via one secure web-based portal. It integrates with
other business systems, and can be bought "off-the-shelf" or as a customized
product.
